Leean has been involved with the Trust Board of True Colours since the Trust’s inception, firstly as Treasurer and then Chair. 

She brings a wealth of knowledge and strong governance experience from her accounting and business advisory role as Director of Cleland Hancox Limited, Chartered Accountants.

Leean also holds the position of Treasurer of Clarence Street Theatre Trust Board and of secretary for some large organisations, including Charitable and Maori Trusts.

She is an approved mentor with Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and has been a representative on the Local Leadership Team and Branch Committee.
