Helen joined the True Colours Team as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in January 2019.  She is a registered nurse with considerable experience in mental health and working in the community.

Helen works with compassion and empathy and draws on both personal and professional experience and skill in offering support to families as they navigate the impact of serious illness and build their resilience.

She brings with her warmth, sensitivity, a sense of humour and the ability to just ’be’ with people in their unique experience
