After 11 years volunteering on our Friends of True Colours fundraising committee, Heidi joined the team fulltime in 2021, and is now Operations Manager.  She is responsible for the day to day running of True Colours including managing a team of highly skilled nurses, counsellors and a psychotherapist - as well as marketing, communications and funding.

Heidi’s first-hand experience of knowing what it’s like to have a baby in NICU and having friends who have walked their child’s oncology pathway, has given Heidi a good understanding of the support True Colours provides, and she loves working at an organisation that aligns strongly with her personal values.
